ITINERARY

Day 1: July 21, 2025 / Arrival in Ellmau

Departure at 6:00 a.m. from Luxembourg at the P+R Bouillon to Ellmau, including breakfast and lunch.

Day 2: July 22, 2025 / Ellmau

Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet and then explore the hotel and surroundings. The central location with direct views of the imposing Wilder Kaiser mountains and the proximity to the Bergdoktor’s home, Gruberhof, will impress you. We recommend a leisurely hike on your own.

Day 3: July 23, 2025 / Wilder Kaiser Scenic Tour

Today, enjoy a scenic tour of the Kitzbühel Alps and Hohe Tauern with a local guide. During the excursion, there will be a stop in Zell am See, where you have the option to take a boat ride.

Day 4: July 24, 2025 / Visiting the Bergdoktor

This excursion takes you to famous filming locations of the beloved TV series "Der Bergdoktor." A short, pleasant walk from the hotel brings you to the Bergdoktor practice, where you can admire the iconic practice both from the outside and inside. The tour continues by coach through the charming film village of Ellmau to Going. A brief walk leads you to the village center, where you can marvel at the distinctive village square, traditional buildings, and the beautiful Rococo church.

Day 5: July 25, 2025 / Pertisau – Lake Achensee Boat Trip – Rattenberg

In the morning, you will travel to Pertisau for a relaxing boat trip on Lake Achensee. In the afternoon, you will continue to Rattenberg, the picturesque glass-making town. With around 400 residents, Rattenberg is Austria's smallest town. Its medieval pedestrian zone is lined with shops showcasing fascinating glass craftsmanship. Rattenberg is renowned as the cultural capital of the region.

Day 6: July 26, 2025 / Kitzbühel

Experience the legendary sports town of Kitzbühel on a guided city tour. Stroll along the exclusive boutiques and learn captivating facts about the "Streif," one of the most challenging and spectacular downhill runs in the Alpine Ski World Cup. Additionally, the historic old town will enchant you: the city fountain, built for the town's 700th anniversary, and the stately, colorful townhouses are popular attractions. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore on your own.

Day 7: July 27, 2025 / Return Journey

After breakfast, you will return to Luxembourg, including lunch.
