ITINERARY

Day 1: August 25, 2025 / Departure
Departure from Luxembourg (P+R Bouillon) at 6:30 a.m. towards Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, including breakfast and lunch.

Day 2: August 26, 2025 / Le Touquet-Paris-Plage
Today, enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. This charming town is renowned for its Anglo-Norman architecture and elegant villas nestled among pine forests. A highlight is the impressive town hall, a masterpiece of architecture. The tour includes 18 historical sites, many dating back to the roaring 1920s. The 57-meter-high La Canche lighthouse is also a must-see. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your leisure.

Day 3: August 27, 2025 / Old Town of Boulogne-sur-Mer
During a guided tour of approximately 1.5 hours, you will visit the stunning Basilica of Notre-Dame de l’Immaculée Conception, beneath which lies one of the largest crypts in France. In the afternoon, you have the opportunity to visit Nausicaá National Sea Centre, one of Europe's largest aquariums. A highlight includes walking through a glass tunnel where you can observe sharks, rays, and seahorses in a massive ocean tank.

Day 4: August 28, 2025 / Market – Montreuil-sur-Mer
Spend the morning exploring the local market, where you can sample fresh local produce and regional specialties. You will also have time for a shopping stroll in the pedestrian zone. In the afternoon, head to Montreuil-sur-Mer for a guided walking tour. Highlights include the historic Hôtel-Dieu with its Gothic and Romanesque-style chapel, as well as grand 18th-century mansions.

Day 5: August 29, 2025 / Calais – Cap Blanc-Nez – Cap Gris-Nez
This morning, depart with a local guide for Calais. During a panoramic city tour, you will discover the Cité de la Dentelle et de la Mode (Lace and Fashion Museum), the Town Hall, and Auguste Rodin's famous sculpture The Burghers of Calais. The tour continues along the coast with a stop at Cap Blanc-Nez, where you will enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, continue to Cap Gris-Nez for a short scenic hike. This area offers breathtaking views across the English Channel, and on clear days, you may even catch a glimpse of the English coastline.

Day 6: August 30, 2025 / Return Journey
Depart in the early afternoon for the return trip to Luxembourg, including lunch.
