IItinerary
Day 1: July 13, 2024 / Arrival
Departure at 6:00 AM from Luxembourg at P+R Bouillon towards Klosters, including breakfast and lunch.
Day 2: July 14, 2024 / Klosters - Free Day
This day is at your disposal. A recommended excursion is a journey with the Rhaetian Railway to Davos or a walk on one of the many varied hikes.
Day 3: July 15, 2024 / Vaduz - Rorschach
Today, explore Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein, with a relaxed train tour to discover the city's charms. A visit to the Hofkellerei with tasting is scheduled for late morning. Then, you will head to Rorschach, where you will visit the Kornhaus, considered Switzerland's most beautiful grain silo. In the afternoon, a city tour is planned with a local guide.
Day 4: July 16, 2024 / Einsiedeln - Rapperswil - Heididorf
Departure for Einsiedeln, where you will visit the ancient Benedictine monastery. Then, you will continue your journey to Rapperswil, located on the right bank of Lake Zurich. There you will find a beautiful castle, picturesque alleys, an inviting lake promenade, and Switzerland's longest wooden bridge. On the way back, you will stop above Maienfeld to visit Heididorf, the hometown of the famous fictional heroine Heidi.
Day 5: July 17, 2024 / Old Town of Chur - Arosa
In the morning, you will start your journey to Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. You will have the opportunity to explore the old town independently and have lunch in one of the local restaurants. The afternoon is dedicated to a journey with the Arosa-Express. Preserved natural and mountain landscapes will delight you. The train journey begins in the old streets of Chur and continues through the Schanfigg Valley to Arosa, where you will have free time.
Day 6: July 18, 2024 / Sils/Segl Maria - Horse-drawn carriage ride
Departure from Klosters via the Flüela Pass through St. Moritz to Sils/Segl Maria. A horse-drawn carriage ride through the beautiful Fextal valley is scheduled for the morning, followed by a delicious lunch in a typical regional chalet restaurant.
Day 7: July 19, 2024 / Return
Return to Luxembourg including lunch.
