A lovely little holiday for nature lovers and active connoisseurs. Explore the surroundings of Alcudia and Can Picafort on foot and by bike. The north of Mallorca is characterised by small villages, a rural atmosphere and gentle landscapes. Small bays and beautiful sandy beaches invite you to take a break for a swim. The nature parks of Sa Albufereta and S’Albufera are paradises for birds and people alike, albeit from different perspectives. Experience a completely different perspective on being during a meditation workshop on a finca.

You will spend the first few days in the medieval old town of Alcudia. Afterwards, Can Picafort, picturesquely situated by the sea, is your starting point for daily activities.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Departure to Mallorca
Flight Luxembourg-Palma de Mallorca (Luxair, 06.00-07.55 pm) - other airports on request. Arrival at the hotel.

Day 2: Cycle tour: Alcudia/Puerto Alcudia

• Discover the historic town of Alcudia
• Walk through the well-preserved medieval town wall
• Visit the picturesque harbor and the Alcanada district
• Mallorcan picnic by the sea
• Cycle tour: approx. 30 kilometers, easy, flat/asphalted

Day 3: Hike through the Sa Albufereta bird park

• Hike through the wetlands of Sa Albufereta (bird paradise)
• Lunch in a restaurant
• Route: approx. 9 kilometers, easy, flat/asphalted, paved and sandy paths

Day 4: Meditation and inner peace on a finca

• Hike along the coast of Alcudia to a finca
• Participation in a meditative workshop (silence and relaxation)
• Lunch at the finca
• Swimming break on a white sandy beach with crystal-clear water
• Route: approx. 5 kilometers, easy, flat/asphalted, paved and sandy paths

Day 5: Cycle tour to the Albufera bird park and Can Picafort

• Cycle tour from Alcudia to Can Picafort
• Visit to the S'Albufera Nature Park (bird paradise and one of the most important ecosystems on the Balearic Islands)
• Route: approx. 25 kilometers, easy, flat/asphalted, paved and sandy paths
• Time at leisure

Day 6: Son Real: A hike into history

• Hike to the historical area of Son Real
• Visit to the necropolis of Son Real and the prehistoric rock tombs (Talayotic culture)
• Hiking route: approx. 11 kilometers, easy, flat/mainly paved and sandy paths

Day 7: Cycle tour through the Mallorcan countryside

• Cycle tour through the Mallorcan countryside to the village of Muro
• Walk through the village
• Tapas meal in a local restaurant
• Cycle tour: approx. 25 kilometers, easy, flat/asphalted, little-used roads and dirt tracks

Day 8: Return flight to Luxembourg

Transfer to the airport and flight Palma de Mallorca-Luxembourg. (Luxair, 20:55-22:55)
