An eight-day journey that perfectly combines indulgence and sportiness. You will explore the breathtakingly beautiful north of Sardinia on five cycling tours ranging from 38 to 50 kilometers. Accompanied by your knowledgeable local guide, you will cycle along picturesque bays and postcard-perfect beaches, through the secluded hinterland, and to the rugged granite cliffs of Sardinia’s mountainous landscape. Stunning panoramic views, refreshing swimming breaks, and the incomparable Dolce Vita are guaranteed! You will also gain insight into olive oil and cheese production, taste local wines, and visit the home of Giuseppe Garibaldi.

Day 1: Arrival on the island

• Cycling tour to Capo Caccia
• Visit to Neptune’s Caves
• Cycling distance: approx. 50 km, easy to moderate, elevation gain: approx. 115 m

Day 3: Porto Conte and the Coral Riviera

• Cycling tour in Porto Conte Natural Park
• Visit to the Nuraghe of Almavera
• Opportunity for swimming
• Cycling distance: approx. 38 km, moderate, elevation gain: approx. 290 m

Day 4: From Little Barceloneta to Gallura

• Transfer from Alghero to Gallura
• Free time

Day 5: Enjoying Rural Gallura

• Cycling tour through Gallura
• Insights into olive oil, honey, and cheese production
• Lunch with wine tasting
• Cycling distance: approx. 45 km, moderate, elevation gain: approx. 700 m

Day 6: La Maddalena and Caprera

• Transfer to Palau and ferry to La Maddalena
• Cycling tour on the islands
• Visit to the Garibaldi Museum and Garibaldi Monument
• Walk through La Maddalena’s old town
• Ferry back to Palau and return transfer to the hotel

Day 7: The Costa Smeralda

• Transfer to San Pantaleo
• Cycling tour to Monte Moro (360° panorama) and along the Costa Smeralda
• Return transfer to the hotel

Day 8: Return to Luxembourg

• Transfer to the airport
