ITINERARY
Day 1: December 21, 2024 / Arrival Departure at 5:00 am in Luxembourg at P+R Bouillon to Schenna, including breakfast and lunch.
Day 2: December 22, 2024 / Medieval Christmas market Klausen - Brixen Morning departure to Klausen, a picturesque little town between the castle rock of Säben and the Eisack. Admire the colorful facades and Gothic churches. In the afternoon, continue to Brixen, where you can visit the parish church of St. Michael and the old Hofburg. Stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere at the Christmas market.
Day 3: December 23, 2024 / Bolzano Today's program includes an excursion to Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol. Explore the old town with its romantic bay windows, arcades, Waltersplatz square and the parish church. Be sure to visit the Ötzi Museum. In the afternoon, continue via Eppan to Kaltern, an idyllic little town in one of South Tyrol's wine-growing regions. Enjoy a wine tasting in a monastery winery.
Day 4: December 24, 2024 / Merano Drive to Merano/Meran. Use the time for a stroll through the town and a walk along the spa promenade. In the evening, a family Christmas party awaits you at the hotel.
Day 5: December 25, 2024 / Day at leisure In the morning, you have the opportunity to take part in a festive Christmas mass. In the afternoon you have free time. Enjoy the gala dinner on Christmas Day.
Day 6: December 26, 2024 / Dolomites tour (weather permitting) Experience a spectacular tour of the Dolomites via Bolzano, the Val d'Ega, past Lake Carezza and up to the Sella Pass, where you have a unique view of the Sella Group. Then descend into Val Gardena via Selva Gardena, S. Cristina, Ortisei, Castelrotto and finally up to the Alpe di Siusi to experience an impressive panorama of the Dolomites.
Day 7: December 27, 2024 / Journey home Return journey to Luxembourg, including lunch.
