ITINERARY

Day 1: December 12, 2024 / Arrival Basel
Departure at 6:00 a.m. in Luxembourg at the P+R Bouillon to Basel, including breakfast. A stop at the Basel Christmas market in the old town awaits you there. In the afternoon, continue your journey to Lucerne. 

Day 2: December 13, 2024 / Lucerne & boat trip on Lake Lucerne
You have the morning at leisure to explore the festively decorated city of Lucerne. World-famous sights such as the Chapel Bridge with its octagonal water tower, the Jesuit Church and the modern Congress and Culture Palace are waiting to be discovered. In the afternoon, a boat trip on Lake Lucerne rounds off the day perfectly.

Day 3: December 14, 2024 / Zurich
You set off early for Zurich. Immerse yourself in the atmospheric Christmas markets and admire the impressive windows by Marc Chagall in the Fraumünster church. A visit to the renowned Sprüngli confectionery is also a must, where you can sample the famous “Luxemburgerli”. A relaxing stroll along the Limmatquai or by Lake Zurich and a traditional Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with buttered rösti will prepare you for the journey home.
