Rules of the Contest 'Demy Schandeler Advent Calendar' by Demy Schandeler
Article 1.1.
The contest is in no way affiliated with Meta platforms.
Article 1.2. Participation Conditions
To participate in the contest, participants must:
- Follow our account "Demy Schandeler" on Facebook or "dschandeler" on Instagram.
- Follow the account of the partner sponsoring the prize on Facebook or Instagram.
- Like the contest post.
- Tell us who they would share the prize with (tagging is optional).
Article 1.3.
By leaving a comment, participants accept the contest rules, including participation conditions and data protection policies.
By participating, the winner authorizes the use of their name in our media without any compensation.
The contest is open to all individuals (excluding employees of the organizing company). If the participant is a minor, parental consent is required.
The winner will be drawn at random from participants who meet the conditions. (See Article 6 for prize details).
Only comments posted before 11:59 PM on the given day will be considered. Each individual (same profile) can participate only once (on either Facebook or Instagram) and win only once. Disputes will not be entertained.
Article 1.4. Short-Term Modifications
Demy Schandeler reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest at any time and/or replace prizes with others of equivalent value. Demy Schandeler is not liable for consequences resulting from these changes.
Article 1.5. Liability
In case of contest cancellation, Demy Schandeler is not liable for any consequences. The company is also not responsible for technical issues of any kind.
Article 2.1: Prize Allocation
The winner will be randomly selected and notified via private message on Facebook or Instagram. Winners will be announced at the end of the contest. Non-winners will not be notified.
Article 2.2.
Any communication regarding the contest must be sent to: marketing@demy.lu.
Article 2.3: Personal Data
Personal data provided by participants will be collected and processed by Demy Schandeler in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of this regulation. Participants can request the deletion of their data by emailing: marketing@demy.lu.
Article 2.4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Demy Schandeler and contest participants is governed by Luxembourg law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
